Warranty details

We strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products but if you ever have the need to claim a warranty we will do our best to make it a hassle free experience.

We provide a standard 3 month warranty on all products, although some of our premium products have longer warranties specific to that product (please look for details in product listings). In the event of a manufacturing defect we will replace the item at no cost. This does not cover abuse, wear and tear and consumables such as coils. We stand by our products and will consider any claims outside of the warranty period if the product has not performed satisfactorily.

We ask that customers cover the cost of shipping back to us, and we will make up for it with a small freebie with your replacement item.

Getting the most out of your vaporizer

The lifespan of a vaporizer depends heavily on how often it is used, how clean it is kept and how it is looked after.

Coils can burn out if they are left running for too long, and most batteries will have a timer feature to help protect them. Batteries should not be overcharged, subjected to extreme temperatures or shortcircuited. Batteries should not be left discharged for long periods, they do not have a memory effect and should be treated similar to cellphone batteries.

Attachments should be cleaned regularly. This will help them last longer and also gives a better experience.

 Returns Policy / Change of Mind

We offer a no-fuss return for any items that are still sealed, for instance an unwanted gift. You are responsible for sending the item back to us. Because of the nature of our products we generally can't offer this for items that are unsealed and potentially used. However, please feel free to contact us and we will see what we can do.
